Our Response to the COVID-19 Outbreaks
A message to our valued customers. We very much understand how important it is to keep yourself and your family healthy during this scary time, we’re all in this together! While we remain open for business, please note that the following steps have been taken for your safety and convenience:
- Hard surfaces such as desks, door knobs, and phones will be sanitized frequently
- Customer vehicles and key fobs will be sanitized in our service department before our techs work on them, and upon return to the customer
- In an effort to practice social distancing, we will limit hand shakes, opting for a friendly nod or smile
- If you are nervous to come in for your service appointment, vehicles can be picked up and delivered back to your home. Depending on demand, this may be limited to a certain radius. If you’re wanting to get out for a drive, vehicles can be dropped off with keys locked indoors (call us with your door code) or dropped in our key drop box
- In the sales department, we are happy to provide virtual test drives via facetime, provide trade-in estimates over the phone or by email, and take credit applications over the phone. If you’re a resident of Langenburg, Churchbridge, or surrounding area, we will gladly bring a vehicle to you for test drive (some restrictions may be applied)
- We understand that purchasing a vehicle may not be your top priority at this time, however, if you are hoping to get into a lower payment, we are happy to help you with some options. No purchase necessary, and no pressure if it doesn’t make sense for your family
